They have just been lying since day one! Said I could go to any doctor and pharmacy that accepts Coventry!
So I went to my doctor! got a letter saying it wasn't authorized and I have to pay it! Got another letter saying they won't cover my maintenance migraine prescription unless I go through their pharmacy! ER visits are supposed to be reported within 48hrs and I spent over an hour every day for over a week trying to report my ER visit but could not reach anyone!
Now I have to pay for that too! What a a nightmare!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of prescription migraine medication. Coventry Health Care needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
