Had an issue with a copay that was different than the ones in the past. Questioned why is was a higher amount.

Contacted customer service and was told I was correct, it would be resolved, and given a reference number. Got another bill from my primary doctor. Called again and got a supervisor who told me that I did not and they did update my primary provider information. Never was told I needed to.

Was the same doctor for 2 years. In summary, I just paid it to get away from this company. Terrible customer service, no communications when needed, and the resolution would take another 30 days. In addition when you call the automated system it is the longest I have seen and then the rep still ask for the same information.

Stay away from this company. They are poorly run and do not take customer satisfaction personally.
