MY FATHER WAS ADMITTED TO A NURSING HOME FOR ROUTINE & TEMPORARY PHYSICAL THERAPY. THEY DECLINED THE PT AFTER 13 DAYS , I APPEALED TWICE BUT IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU APPEAL ONCE OR TEN TIMES, BECAUSE THEY REVIEW THE SAME INFO EACH TIME, DOESNT MATTER IF YOU HAVE NEW INFO TO SUPPORT YOUR CASE, I WAS TOLD OHHH THE DR WONT SEE THE NEW INFO, HE'LL REVIEW THE INFO THE FIRST DR SEEN??

WTH!

THEN AFTER A MONTH MY DADS HEALTH DECLINED & HES NOW IN HOSPICE. MOM TRIED CHANGING HIS ADDRESS BECAUSE SHE SOLD THE HOUSE, WE SENT THE POWER OF ATTORNEY PAPERS TO COVENTRY & THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM. WE'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SINCE FEB 15. THESE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR COVENTRY ARE A JOKE!

MY MOM & FATHER IN LAW WILL BE CHANGING THEIR INSURANCE IN DEC. NEVER TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY DADS ADDRESS STILL HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. IVE SPOKE WITH SOMEONE DIFFERENT AT LEAST 15 TIMES, EVEN "RESOLUTION SPECIALISTS"-YA RIGHT.

LIKE I SAID..... THEYRE A JOKE!

IT SHOULDNT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CHANGE A DYING MANS ADDRESS WHEN YOU HAVE A POA. IM NOT CALLING AGAIN, CAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE.
