this insurance is a joke. I paid premium through my employer. i am following up the case over a year already with numerous phone call and reference numbers. Every phone call is a difference scenario. Now it seems like I have to pay out from pocket or will be under collection.

I haven't received my insurance card, do not even have a member number, and when I called, the choices lead to an unending circle, beginning over and over with the very first "press one". Don't bother to call.
