Trying to get EOB’s from company

WHEN I DID GET A REP THE QUESTION WAS ALWAYS "WHAT PLAN ARE YOU CALLIN ABOUT" AND THEN OFFERED ANOTHET DISCONNECTED NUMBER. MOST REPS DIDNT EVEN HAVE A NUMBER YO OFFER. ADD THAT I DONT WANT SIMPLE ELIGIBILITY OR CLAIMS, THAT IM A PROVIDER WHO WANTS TO DISCUSS REFUNDS AND EVEN CORPORATE REPS GIVE DISCONNECTED NUMBERS AND YOUVE DICRIBED MY LAST HOUR HERE AT WORK...FUUUNN

Have a POS from Coventry ***

Coventry sold me a POS ! I'm falling apart because of it. They destroyed my life with so many issues to deal with in this new home that is falling apart with bad workmanship and 0 pride in their work. I so wish I had never had boughton this place that its messed me right up with life just being an existence. Coventry SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!

I need information about my previous insurance

I used to have insurance with id #: 001082**** becuse of my age turned 65 I had to change my insurance . Not I need to visit dentist. But becuse I havent reach to waiting time period. My previous dental insurance can cover my waiting period . Can I have stating date and ending my insurance please.

Terrible, useless, zero follow through on claims

Was covered solely by Coventry health insurance from 2013-****, and they have confirmed this. Physician incorrectly billed Anthem after Coventry reportedly told them to. Then when Anthem remitted payment, I was billed. Anthem has confirmed my coverage with them termed in 2012, so Coventry is 100% responsible. I’ve resubmitted these claims 4 times since February (they are from services in 2016 and 2017, well within the term of coverage) and Coventry has literally done nothing. They even admitted to not processing the first 2 attempts. They’ve completely disregarded this request, and each time I call they state that there is no change and the request is still pending. Of course I can’t call anyone directly or speak with anyone else who can assist further. Due to their lack of assistance and follow through my physician has removed me from their service and sent me to collections. It seems as though they are purposefully dragging their feet to avoid payment by letting this matter go one for 120+ days when the original claim was submitted at the time of service in both 2016 and 2017. I will not let this go until I’m fully reimbursed. I should be charging interest for my time and energy.

Claims Not recieved, poor customer service

It has been since July trying to get my claims for Glasses. $75.00 was supossed to be mailed to me and I never recieved it and one of the reps said it was mailed on August 8th well I get mail notices from usps in my email letting me know what is come to me in the mail each day and there has never been a check come to me so I complained and each time they said it would take 30 days well it has now been 3 months and still no check I am ready to contact my Attorney and have them deal with the company. Can someone do something will calling the corparat office help?

Dental Reimbursment

I have Coventry Health Care, November 1 2018, and I went to the dentist on November 5th, 2018, and my dentist told me that Coventry requires me to mail them a copy of the statement, and they would reimburse me the cost of the filling, and they gave the dentist the address for me to send it to. 3 months later I got a letter saying I sent it to the wrong box #, so I called them, but they wouldn't admit to giving me the wrong box #, and would not walk it down the hallway to the correct office. They gave me a different box #, so re submitted it. Another 3 months went by, and I got another letter saying they couldn't find me in their system, which they have done before, on another matter. Anyway, they told me to re submit again, with proof that I am a member. Every time I submit the statement, I also send a copy of my insurance card, but obviously, they can't read. They just keep coming up with stall tactics, to get out of paying, and I will definitely be getting insurance through another company, when I am eligible. Chris

Unable to resolve clerical mistakes - refusal to reimburse or cover meds

I have been trying to fix a mistake made on their part since December 27, 2018. They claimed I had another insurance though I did not. Thus, they denied coverage. I was on the phone a dozen times talked to many who could not figure out about mid January. Finally they admitted to the mistake. Guess what? Today I tried to get coverage for a med and was refused for the same reason. I talked to 3-4 different people and was on the line for over 30 minutes, AGAIN. They agrred there was a mistake, it suppposedly will take a few days to fix it. That is what they had told me 3-4 weeks ago. Also they made me fax forms for reimbursment. I called them to find out if they received the fax (that too was at least 10 days ago) again no one could tell if the fax was received. They claimed I could leave a voice mail to rate the conversations. The voice mail only asks about the clerk on the phone, but does not allow to leave a voice mail.

I was told it would cover my meds we went through each and everyone, they said they were covered, it went to get one filled yesterday and was denied saying that I didn't meet the requirements to receive it, then Dr. Called them and they said only seven pills.

On top of that the meds I did get filled cost tree times more than Humana covered.

The whole time they were selling me this insurance they kept telling me how much it would save me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE, THEY ARE LIARS, just trying to sell insurance.

I have had terrible experience with them as well: They made me send faxes and copies twice claiming they will reimburse and the end to tell me they to cover it but they will pay 0.

I've tried 4 times to set up a login, to no availe. No one has helped me.

Tried to login but couldn't online, or the phone. Tech did it for me, but next time I still couldn't login. The next time the assistant took my money for payment, then forwarded me to the Coventry wilderness. Nothing next time. The next time.....no help. This time my password was to be sent to my email. Never came. Yea, I know, check spam or other mailboxes. Great! When I up graded to windows 10 I lost all ability to navigate it. I did well in windows 7, but pressed my luck. I'm gonna put my check in a bottle, and throw it in the ocean, and hope you get it.

There cs is a piece of *** It takes and still counting to take more than 31 days to get otc brochure. every time I call i will get one in the mail. still waiting. I guess they sent it to china .

I been waiting for OTC brochure 2019. Still waiting, keep stating will mail one. still waiting tis is 2/14. when I call cs transfer me to otc department & say they will mail one. Their website is a joke. last year ordered my otc on the website. I have talked to them 3 times, will send me the link, still waiting. give them my email address still waiting. So what is their problem. The agent is just as back. this is 2/14. I should have had the 2019 brochure in December with that order. Now 2//14/2019 still waiting. How long is it going to take? I hope I can get my meds on time since I order for 3 months at a time. It makes me wonder is all the departments this lazy, not reliable, liars, pass the buck, Sorry, I changed insurance companies.

Co pays too expensive the insurance dosen't cover everything

Poor Insurance doesn't cover much if you have to go in the hospital. Also no dental and no eye care....Im looking for another that will cover more expenses I live on a low income retired and its NOT easy!!

exactly! they are there to make profit.

They collect monthly premiums and train their staff to make sure every loop hole is applied so you are covered the least possible. They promised reimbursement and made me fax information twice to let me know they will pay 0 even though the medication is covered..
