Coventry Health Care - Customer Care Review

The Resolution Team at Coventry is a joke. Their job is to annoy and antagonize the members by telling the story dozens of times to dozens of people. They promise to handle the problems but never do. When you get something in writing it doesn't problem solve. Instead it opens another case and you are forced to tell the problems dozens of times to dozens more people. It's a cycle designed make you quiet about their mistakes.
